Default Cahoot overdraft - all charges

Hi. I have been repaying this for over 2 years now with the help of CCCS. On checking my account online I found that the current balance is made up entirely of charges. The current balance is just over £220 and the charges come to nearly £270. What do you think is the likelihood of them accepting a F&F? The most I could afford to give would be 25%.
At the current repayment amount it will take 10 months to finish repaying this providing no further charges are placed on the account.

I have to say they have been very good since I started the DMP and have never contacted me once, unlike halifax.

Thanks in advance
