Cahoot Cheque Account & Monthly charges

Hi

Need to seek some advice about cheque a/c with Cahoot.

Over a year ago I wrote to them disputing charges on my cheque a/c with them, i.e over limit charges and unauthorised monthly charges and interest etc

They did not reply and are still charging these charges each month - I do not use the account - but I checked the account recently now the balance has reached £1900 and about £950 of this is for these charges. The overdraft autolinker.com autolinking image

limit was £1000.

They have not chased me at all - do I wait till the OFT case is resolved?

I am not able to pay back at moment - so do I just keep quiet?

Your advices would be appreciated.

They may issue a claim at anytime IMHO, I think you could prempt this by issuing your own county court claim autolinker.com autolinking image

, don't forget they will have also charge interest autolinker.com autolinking image

so reclaim that also.

old_andrew2007 Gold Account Holder Where else can you earn 8% interest on your money? Start your County Court claim NOW!!! Cagger since : Jan 2007 I am in: West Midlands Posts: 4,496	Re: Cahoot Cheque Account & Monthly charges They may issue a claim at anytime IMHO, I think you could prempt this by issuing your own county court claim, don't forget they will have also charge interest so reclaim that also.
