| Basic Account Holder | Hi Need to seek some advice about cheque a/c with Cahoot. Over a year ago I wrote to them disputing charges on my cheque a/c with them, i.e over limit charges and unauthorised monthly charges and interest etc They did not reply and are still charging these charges each month - I do not use the account - but I checked the account recently now the balance has reached £1900 and about £950 of this is for these charges. The ![]() They have not chased me at all - do I wait till the OFT case is resolved? I am not able to pay back at moment - so do I just keep quiet? Your advices would be appreciated. Many thanks ![]() I am not able to pay this back |
