![]() | Hi everyone, Like my other thread (Cahoot credit card), I have also received back the CCA for the flexi loan. Unfortunately, I cannot post attachments on here either but as soon as I can get some advice will pop them up.There are no 'cancellation period' on there, also the value of the loan or repayments. This debt is currently with Moorcroft. Any advice on the enforceability of this agreement would be greatly appreciated. ![]() |

| Basic Account Holder | I have moved from the enforceability to the statement. My statement shows the initial interest was 9% variable but the statement shows they were charging 20%. Financial Ombudsman advised this is a complaint through them. I have informed Cahoot of this and if they cannot satisfy my complaint I will put through the Ombudsman![]() |
