![]() | ![]() Just had a response from Cahoot, they have finally agreed to repay my PPI, and “are looking into” the over-limit payments charges. This has taken nearly a year and I have been fobbed off with every excuse in the world, I took it to a stage 2 complaint as I wanted to be able to justify it to a judge that I had tried every avenue to get it sorted prior to court. They are really slippery customers, but tenacity paid off in the end. Anyone who is having trouble with Cahoot keep up the pressure as they do back down eventually. |
