| Basic Account Holder | Last month I CCA'd Cahoot regarding my credit card and all they sent me was a copy of the signed form with T&Cs, all on 2 sides. I will scan and post this soon. Are they required to send statements too or do I need to Subject access request them? |

| Basic Account Holder | Assuming it has your signature on it that you have blanked out, that looks enforceable to me - it has all of the prescribed terms on it.However, agreements are not the area in which I have been concentrating - I seem to be more of a notice kinda guy. I am sure someone stronger on agreements will confirm or correct what I think. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I agree with Viscount Star - it looks enforceable to me. However, this is under the assumption that these 2 documents would be front and back. The only way you would find that out though, would be in court...... |

| Basic Account Holder | That's OK, I was rather expecting that to be honest. Think I will go through the statements instead and look for any unfair charges but I think that might be some years back. Isn't there a time limit on how far back you can claim? |

| Basic Account Holder | I have one query. It states The interest rate for purchases, transferred balances, and cash advances is a monthly rate of 0.2871%.The APR for cash advances is 7.9% (variable). The APR for purchases and balance transfers is 6.3% (variable). If the interest rates are the same for all three, how can the APRs be different? Is it due to the handling fee for cash advances? |
