| Basic Account Holder | I've been discussing with a company the option for a fee of £195 the option of them clearing all my debts made on agreements before April 2007. They want the money up front for debts under £5k, £495 on debts over £5k with or without PPI. If they are potentially void, the fee will pay for the agreement to be handed to a lawyer... no win, no fee. if not i get all my money back minus £95. There is also no completion fee either fixed or a percentage of the balance outstanding. Sounds too good to be true (or a con?!) I haven't submitted the paperwork yet... Help please...Should I just ask Cahoot for an Subject access request or CPR and do it myself? Or am I being optimistic that my debt worries can be relieved!? |
