Default Cahoot - claim 2 charges or several?

Hi everybody

Hope you're all well.

I have a dilemma, I unfortunately have a current account with Cahoot, and have just found out I've been charged 2 x £30 for being £1.89 over my overdraftautolinker.com autolinking image (to cut a long story short, it apparently it crossed a statement period).

I asked for the first charge back when it was applied but haven't heard anything back, and have now just found out about this second charge.

I've been charged a few times in the past but haven't sent them a letter requesting my money back yet.

What I want to know is, should I try and get this £60 back for these 2 charges now (as in my head it seems easier, because of the meagre sum I was in excess and with it only being £60)....or should i whack em with a complaint and try and get them all back? I'm just thinking my letter would be put in the huge pile that's growing by the day, if the sum is in the 100's.

Or could I do both?
