| Basic Account Holder | Hi everyone. Am just finding my feet on here and trying to read as much as possible. I have got my ![]() Also can i still go back and claim any charges that may have been applied? And again what about PPI? would this be an option too if i had this taken out too. So my first point of call is to do a ![]() Sorry if this seems so waffled but really want to get this sorted? So if i get the CCA and this is an unenforcable agreement what happens as i have already settled this account? If this makes sense to you then hopefully you will be able to advise next xourse of action for me. Many thanks Leah |

| Platinum Account Holder | well you don't need to do a CCA, if you are going to ![]() ![]() now, ofcourse you dont need a cca in this instance as it is settled. as for the default, sadly it stays there for ![]() yep, go claim them charges + int and also look on the PPI forum at the guidence thread and see if you can reclaim the PPI,, i bet you can good luck keep us informed dx |
