Good afternoon,

I am writing with regards to Elliot Street, *********
Being a resident of the above mentioned land i am interested to know a few points regarding your company's authorisation to operate in this area.

Can you please confirm contact details of the person employed by the owner of the above mentioned land that has authorised the contract you have?

Can you please provide legal proof that the "penalty" you as a company pursue is is justified and that it will be upheld in a court of law?

I would also like to issued with details of a case where any court of law that has decided in favour of Central Ticketing?

Please be aware that i am in the process of building a case against Central Ticketing and their authorisation to operate legally in this area. I Will be passing my information to members of the Scottish Parliament to investigate further.
