Please sign petition to regulate experian et al

As I promised elsewhere in this forum I have got my petition approved by No 10 ie to regulate experian/equifax autolinker.com autolinking image

and the other over-powerful/power-abusing credit reference agencies in the UK ...

Please read it sign it and persuade the Govt at last to do something..Its at http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/experian-equifax/

Hi, I've signed, well done for creating this petition.

I've signed the petition - very well thought out.

I always think though that

ONLY the ORIGINAL CREDITOR can record a search, default or place any other marker on your record - no third party should be allowed to do so UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

That way we would stop the abuse that goes on.

all the other regulators of our so called instatution are only there all but in name
rail companies putting fares up
energy companies still charging haigh tariffs
post watch, dont get me into that one

the list goes on and on

will any thing change
