Default sue Banks for Emotional Distress

Now that it looks like the banks really are commiting a crime here. I am wondering if anyone has considered sueing them for the emotional stress caused by these charges.

I can assure you that it hasn't been too good on my health!

Bear in mind you'd have to prove the damage was not too remote from what caused it (The Wagon Mound) but stranger claims have succeeded.

To prove stress you no longer need to prove your suffering from a recognizable psychiatric illness
