Default Instead of Threatening to Complain - Make Sure That You Do!

Hi All,

I have just had some interesting conversations with the Information Commissioner`s Office, fosautolinker.com autolinking image and the OFT today about Apex who had bought a debt from Halifax that was in dispute at the time and are now threatening me with a charging order even though they have ignored my CPR and Subject access requestautolinker.com autolinking image requests on three separate occassions.

All three reiterated the need to make sure that I was fully aware of my circumstances before embarking on a course of action that could leave me in a worse of situation but to also not be afraid to complain.

Especially with the OFT, they cannot complain individually for you or on your behalf but if enough companies complain about a particular company that will trigger an investigation. Just think Mackenzie Hall!

I had threatened it enough times in writing but had never followed through. I have just spent the last hour reporting companies to the OFT and complaining to the fosautolinker.com autolinking image and it's the best hour I have just spent.

If we want things to change for the better, we all have to make a stand. I'm not saying complain for the heck of it but if you really are being screwed over, don't sit quietly!

I don't threaten to complain I actually do it. I am renowned for complaining. My complaint letters to companies and my local council are legendary!!

I have just sent 9 complaint letters to 7 different DCAautolinker.com autolinking image's this morning. I have given each of them 10 days to reply with a copy of their complaints procedure and if they fail to respond then i will complain to the OFT and email the DCA's asking why i have not received a response.
