| Classic Account Holder | Hi all, this first post is just an outline that I intend to start action against Egg I hold Egg responsible for the current state my credit file is in, as when others listened and accepted party payments etc, they just got shirty and applied a defaultI have held off on this for a long time as I wanted to get it right and had a lot of other irons in the fire Wepaons in the armoury: 1) The CCA is the usual circa 2003 rubbish ("approved" limit, etc) 2) When contacted for a copy of the Default noitce, they stated (in writing) that they could not provide a copy as it consisted only of an electronic notice on their screens 3)They pressured me for earlier repayment via a DCA (and received several ŁK) 4) After around a year of silence they assigned it to Cabot I have both a MTG and Car on sub prime and intend suing for at least the difference between these and a "high street" rate, plus general damages for unlawful recission and the return of the monies paid to the DCA I will update over the next few days with a proposed POC (I would add that I have sent a small rainforest in paer to attempt communication with them prior to all this, so I am not just jumping into litigation)
