| Basic Account Holder | Hubby had a loan with Egg several years ago. Went into default. Then out of the blue today got a statement from them, showing the loan amount and the ![]() It states opening balance including PPi £0.00 Total interest accrued this year £0.00 Closing balance -£564.50 No payment has been made, what does this mean? |

| Basic Account Holder | Do you mean they have sold the debt off to another company? SUrely they would have sent an accompanying letter stating that it had been passed on. Otherwise I will have a statment from them saying nil balance and a letter from another company saying a balance. |
