Default Claiming back egg charges

Hi,
i sent an Subject access requestautolinker.com autolinking image request on the 9th December 2008, confirmed delivered 10th december. Finally received statements with a covering letter dated 22nd May 2009. The info for claiming back the charges is here, so thats no problem, but egg have massively breached the limit on sending the info, so i was wondering if there is any avenue for me to push this point when they (inevitably) knock back my claim?

i;'ve calculated the charges to be 328 pounds.

hi there,
No, not added the 8% on yet - didn't know you could also include their interestautolinker.com autolinking image rate as well (?) and yes, their are a couple of months on there that are now beyond the 6 yearsautolinker.com autolinking image.

well thats prob why they have delayed?
anyhow, IF they have charged you interestautolinker.com autolinking image on the charges [which they will have!]
each and every month, that portion of charges+interest gets bigger!
going back 6yrs, they have many hundreds out of you, its YOUR money, claim it back.
