Please help us by making a donation Cagger since : Dec 2009 Posts: 141	Step by step...help with Egg please I decided to start this new post regarding my Egg CCA. I have posted previously but it was all a bit messy and im still confused. From what I can tell and by taking advice from others on here (thank you) I believe this agreement is not enforceable. egg pictures by moneymummy1 - Photobucket However, I need confirmation of this by those in the know...dont want to throw the account in to dispute to find it is infact enforceable. I have read relevant links (thanks Angry Cat) but would appreciate someone please taking a look and offering advice. If it is not enforceable what would be the next step and is there a template letter I could use to send them. thank you all
