Egg Thought I won

At the back end of last year I sent my letter to Egg autolinker.com autolinking image

asking for my charges back, nothing huge about £120, they said no and I sent a letter to the Ombudsman autolinker.com autolinking image

, they folded like a piece of paper Hurray i thought. The date was the 15th of December and they had to pay back within six weeks an awful long time to push a button i thought but never mind. The six weeks came and went i contacted Egg as instructed to do so on my letter from the Ombudsman autolinker.com autolinking image

and they said they where very busy but it would be done within two weeks. I contacted them again last week and was fobbed of for another seven days. Im now writing back to the ombudsmans there anything else i can do

I dont think you can do more that you are, it may be possible to start a new complaint to the Ombudsman autolinker.com autolinking image
