![]() | my question is relating to the way in which the CCA is provided. Does the (alleged) debtor have a right to request the CCA in electronic format specifically, rather than a printed version sent through the post? Or does the law specifically state that it is the creditor that can decide which way the copy CCA is sent when a request is received. It is just that I live in accomodation where the post is kept in a common post hold area (including recorded delivery mail). As I understand ![]() |
