![]() ![]() ![]() | Hi Not sure without a little more detail, the creditor can of course omit signatures within a CCA response. Why they bother is beyond me as they'd still need to show the original complete with ![]() Best bet would be to add some detail: Creditor? Card, Loan, HP ? Date you entered into 'agreement' ? Does it contain the prescribed terms? Can you scan and post a copy on here (less identifiers) for us to take a look Gez |
