I have today received my credit agreement form these people there are no signatures on it, so what do I do now?

Hi

Not sure without a little more detail, the creditor can of course omit signatures within a CCA response. Why they bother is beyond me as they'd still need to show the original complete with signature autolinker.com autolinking image

boxes fully executed if they wanted to enforce.

Best bet would be to add some detail:

Creditor?

Card, Loan, HP ?

Date you entered into 'agreement' ?

Does it contain the prescribed terms?

Can you scan and post a copy on here (less identifiers) for us to take a look
