CCA and PPI

Hello I have posted this in this forum but if in wrong place please advise.

I read somewhere that if you have a claim for PPI autolinker.com autolinking image

it means that the credit agreement is also as a matter of course unenforceable.

Is this correct?

Can anyone guide me on this issue as I dont want to accept PPI refund and then find I could have gottne a declaration that the whole balance was not enforceable

Hi Bello,

I removed your other duplicate post so you just have one thread for this topic.

If PPI autolinker.com autolinking image

has been applied to an account incorrectly (ie it's been mis-sold), reclaim the PPI, including interest autolinker.com autolinking image

. Read up on the interest aspect in the tutorial at Link No6 in my signature autolinker.com autolinking image

below.

With a credit card, it's unlikely that mis-sold PPI would render the a/c unenforceable. That's more likely to occur on a bank loan which was incorrectly set up.
