Use SignGuard Cagger since : Jun 2008 Posts: 4,491	Financial Ombudsman Service News no.72 Not much in this issue, cases of motor insurance, Demographics of those who complain to the Ombudsman, Cases about equity release schemes, and the most interesting bit is on the last page. A question asked about PPI and coming to a decision even if the claimant had had some benefit of the PPI(ie being eligible for some of the cover even though it was missold). http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.u...news/72/72.pdf
