Not much in this issue, cases of motor insuranceautolinker.com autolinking image, Demographics of those who complain to the Ombudsmanautolinker.com autolinking image, Cases about equity release schemes, and the most interesting bit is on the last page. A question asked about PPI and coming to a decision even if the claimant had had some benefit of the PPI(ie being eligible for some of the cover even though it was missold).
