Before District Judge Daniel sitting at Bristol County Court, upon reading the file.

The claim to be stayed to the 10th Dec 2006, pending the outcome of other cases being heard by his honour Judge Havelock-Allen.

Is it worth me even contacting LLoyds solicitors now???????
To see what is happening with the offer of which i had ammended and returned.

Can you find out what cases and when. Judge HA is sitting on a load of my cases and no doubt would love to actually hear one rather than just get to speak to us at a cmc.
