hi i have received court date 28th june at 10.30 am involved with lloyds tsb ive added this to my thread as im struggling and require help too , thanks ron

Im there too. YB is my foe. Contact me on Leebcoward@aol.com plus Im about to start a pre 6 yr claim for any further charges. All because I mixed up my email addresses on paypal and incurred a unpaid d/d of £22. All told the charges they hit me with were over £100!! They refused to talk about it so I unleashed a nearly £3000 claim 6 months ago. Thanks to this site (and moneysavingexpert.com) I feel I'm now equipped with the knowledge to take on the mighty Clydesdale Bank. (fingers crossed).

I would love to tell my story and hopefully this sort of publicity will help end the overcharging scam the banks pull every day.
