Hi Delboy01,

Thanks for that-did you just quote your claim number?

When you spoke to Abbey what number did you use?

I will let you know what occurs.

HI Del just wondering how long did you wait for a date from date of transfer, or in other words how long did you wait before you rang the Mercantile court from the date it was transfered from county courtautolinker.com autolinking image. 1 week 2? I recd notification this morning that my claim has been transfered to Mercantile court @ the strand. i have already completed and submitted aqautolinker.com autolinking image as have abbey. Did you need to complete a CPR 18 ect once your claim was moved.

Good Luck here's to abbey paying out bucket loads of dosh.
