![]() | Benny VS Lloyds TSB for the amount of £960. I have recieved a letter saying that I have a directions hearing 21/05/07 at the London Mercantile Court, Strand. My original case was being dealt with at the Bow ![]() I am unsure of what this means, as I was under the impression that this was the reason I had to fill out the allocation questionaire?? I have no idea what I need to take with me or what is going to happen at this hearing! It also states on the bottom of the letter that 'although some of these cases have been allocated to the Multi Track, it is the provisional view of the judge that the costs rules for the small claims track should apply to all of them.' what does this mean and does it affect me? if anyone can help me I'd reall appreciate it! thanks. Benny. |
