Recieved this letter today

Before DISTRICT JUDGE HANDLEY sitting at York county court autolinker.com autolinking image

Upon hearing the claimant in person and counsel for the defendant

And it being recorded that the defendant concedes the claim (without formal admission) in respect of charges,unauthorised overdraft autolinker.com autolinking image

fees and statutory interest on the above and fixed costs but disputes the claim in respect of debit interest and contractual compound interest.

IT IS ORDERED THAT

1. The Claimant shall file and serve a statement in support of disputed elements of the claim by 26 may 2007.

2. The Defendant has permission to file evidence in reply, if so advised, by 26 june 2007.

3. The Claim be transfered to Leeds county court autolinker.com autolinking image

and there be placed before His Honour Judge Grenfell for review and further directions as considered appropiate.
