Default natwest dsar fob off

hi all,
served a full dsar request (paid the £10 by postal order) on Natwestautolinker.com autolinking image 2 weeks ago, and got a letter last week (with no telephone numbers to contact back on) asking for a signatureautolinker.com autolinking image to confirm my i.d.
i sent them a fax the same day telling them im not obliged to sign anything, i photocopied my drivers license, and defaced my signature on it, and clearly over wrote the date and dsar request on it, and politely told them to stop messing around and send the information to the same address that they have registered, that very one that they sent a default notice too.....
they have replied today requesting another copy as they cannot verify my signature....again it has no contact telephone number, just a fax, and an address...clearly delay tactics.
now do i play ball, reply and tell them as per my last letter they do not need a signature, or do i just report them to the i.c.o.?

Hi there,

My understanding is that they need a signatureautolinker.com autolinking image for data protection purposes - I may be wrong though. I would suggest that you sign on a greyed out box if you are concerned with them using your signature (which if you have an open account, they already have)

There is a lot of myth about all of this. They aren't going to rip you off on this. If you want the Subject access requestautolinker.com autolinking image then just send them what they want and then go to the next step

now have some of the s.a.r. information...well none really,
...they have issued copies ofmy p.p.i. insurance terms and conditionsautolinker.com autolinking image, thats all,
apparently they are telling me that credit agreements and applications are not part of the D.S.A.R. ???? despite me highlighting that this was important information, subject to my 1 year old p.p.i. complaint, and claim against imposed bank chargesautolinker.com autolinking image on a dormant account, with no credit facility (yet they have still issued a default against it!)

where do i stand?...how do i best get the credit agreements, as this will show that the p.p.i. was inclusive (on a pre printed form)

Hi...did This In 2008, When They Had A Collection Agency On The Case (they Havent Followed Up Since), Sent Them A Chq And A Cca Requested (JAN 200, Got A Reply Saying That They Were No Longer Able To Act On Nat West's Behalf....
So Its Good News That They Are Not Chasing The Balance, But I Have A Default That Needs To Be Removed, And Re Initiating The P.p.i.claim Seems To Be The Best Solution ?????
The Letter Received Yesterday Starts......"on This Occasion I Cannot Locate The Loan Agreements..."
