Hi There,

Don't know if this is the correct place to post this.

I assisted my brother in law to claim over £3500 back from NatWest.

- We sent the initial two template letters from moneysavingexpert.com threatening court action.
- NatWest Ignored These letters.
- My brother in law did not want to go down the court route.
- We contacted the FSO who helped my brother in law submit a complaint
- NatWest finally settled last week (full amount without interest autolinker.com autolinking image

)

Typically they took another couple of hundred in charges from him while this was all going on, but a telephone call autolinker.com autolinking image

sorted those and the money was promptly returned.
