Default claims older than 6 years ***WON POST-OFT***

hi to everyone,
i have all my statements going back 25 years but in process now for jan 1999 - december 2000
have sent 4 letters so far and recieved one reply from stuart higley saying that they will not be making any offers and that is the end of it.
i sent lbaautolinker.com autolinking image with list of charges saying that i will rely on the limitation actautolinker.com autolinking image 1980 etc and that i will proceed with litigation and reminded him that i have just won against nat west, and this time will proceed with costs etc.

does anybody know what to put in the court claim form.
would be pleased if anybody could help.

Read this thread oggy http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...ond-6-yrs.html it's a long one - but there's some great info in it. You need to stress s.32 of the limitation actautolinker.com autolinking image in your claim - so read up on it as much as poss.
