Default Claim *WON* no refund yet.

HI
I am new to here, i successfully won a claim for £228 in charges on my wifes bank account it said they were paying it as gesture of goodwill, and that i had 8 weeks to accept the offer or it was null and void i sent the reply back straight away expecting the funds deposited into the account but so far nothing has been paid can anyone tell me how long it takes for them to deposit. it has so far been 6 weeks.
Thanks
