Bus Lane Camera Time Wrong

I received a penalty for being in the bus lane at 9.54am, the bus lane operated from 7 - 10am and I checked the time before i went into it, and it was just past 10am, how do I challenge the accuracy of their time? also I was turning left, and at this section there were no camera warning signs,

any advice would be great

Enforcement CCTV uses a system that syncs the recording with the 'rugby' clock its usually JAI streetwitch so its vitually impossible to get the time wrong. If there are no photos you can ask to check the video and the time will be in the corner of the screen.
