Default Just a quick question....

To see if its worth me claiming...

Have two loans ongoing....up to date with payments....

Both have PPIautolinker.com autolinking image....

Now if i claimed as i was not aware at the time....can they...

A.....Demand i pay the loan off.....

B.....Make it hard for me as i am stirring up a wasps nest so to speak....

I believe that IF you are not in arrears then they cant demand that you pay the loan off ( But they will try to! ), although there have been instances where a person has successfully claimed back the PPIautolinker.com autolinking image & the lender has taken the amount paid back off the existing amount of the loan. I think you have to put it in writing that you want the money & that you dont want it to go towards the loan.

I am unable to post links myself but, have a good read of the Stickies concerning PPI claiming, i'm sure all the information that you require can be found there, good luck
