Default Help with Black Horse PPI.

Help !! could someone please help i think i should start a thread in the PPIautolinker.com autolinking image forum but dont know how.My prob is that i sent a Subject access requestautolinker.com autolinking image request to Black Horse in reply i recieved a statement telling me what i had paid and from when and when to.But no reference to ppi payments. It seems on a loan of £2500 i had an opening balance of £4036 on the 07/02/2006, i pay £125.71 per month i have not defaulted and as of 04/01/2010 my balance is £1703.I still have 12 payments to make from now 03/2010 = £1500. In total over 60 months i will finally pay £7542 i do not know how much is for ppi.I would like to know what the next step is to claim back the ppi payments what ever that amount is please.

Big welcome to the forum. .

Can you just confirm a few things before we move on with this please.

1) It was definitly a Subject access requestautolinker.com autolinking image you sent to them with 10 pound fee enclosed ?
2) Did you not get a copy of agreement with this ?
3) Did you receive anything else apart from what you listed above, you should have copies of letters and notes and agreements and insurance docs etc etc . . . .

Do you have a copy of your agreement ?

then you should of got a copy of the agreement that detils the PPIautolinker.com autolinking image on it?
so you have not got that?
