lloyds cc ppi ! its a win

Ive kept it low key but letter through today from Lloyds TREDEGAR that they gonna pay on misold PPI as i didnt tick the box on the note! CREDIT CARD APPLICATION. i sent a letter back with the form accepting there offer with a list of charges + ci+ 8% ...... basically they have lost all details but the letter say THERE GONA cough up... ill keep u posted

Were there any figures at all on the offer letter from ltsb or was it just a blank acceptance form with no idea of how much their offer comprised?

Your calculations with the contractual interest appear to be correct (although I haven't actually checked them!), but did you just add the 8% simple to the grand total or add 8% to each of the premiums plus contractual interest?

no there was know offer.... all they said was after extensive investigation we have decided to refund all PPI charges plus the relevant interest charged .... they sent an excemptance form which i signed and enclosed a list of charges then added 8% interest on total amount. they offered to either credit card or pay in a bank[ i gave post offfice sort code and account number] ill scan letter and post....... i had them by the balls i didnt sin the yes tick box and they knew it

landy you seem very successfull on this site and your threads interest me immensely ..... whats the deal with your bank charges cases do you think us as individuals will ever get a result in getting them credited back. i mean i have had PPI loan Lloyds refunded. MBNA ppi and cc charges refunded lloyds cc charges and now lloyds ppi cc getin back but bank charges just buzzzz me out i am completely miffed on what to do. can you charge c/interest on charges to. thats my next battle
