The Woolwich - how long are details available?
Hi peeps
Just wondering if any of you good people can confirm why the Woolwich are making such a stand against supplying even a day more than six years of transaction details?
Woolwich Customer Services suggested to me that no account details exist over6 yrs , ie that they are somehow wiped and there is no way that they can ever be retrieved.
I find this just too hard to believe.
Could anyone give me some insight into this?

Re: The Woolwich - how long are details available?
Hi Welshcakes
I am trying to get statements from old woolwich mortgage - with difficulty LOL. Spoke to them on phone the other day and was told that as we had 3 accounts they could only see about £100 in last6 years but there were more prior to that - so they do hold on to them for some time I think - hopefully - have just sent a non compliance to them - so we wait and see.
Good luck
Woody
