    Default poor student v the woolwich

    Well I decided to try an claim my charges back, ive done the 1st stage and asked for my statement details and sent them the cheque for £10 using the teplate from CAGautolinker.com autolinking image, I recieved the standard letter from them saying sorry blah blah blah and they hope to resolve my issue by the 18th of July.

    So whats next

    Keep the forum up to date by creating a log as part of your signatureautolinker.com autolinking image - it helps people know what you've already done and so give more appropriate replies.

    The next stage is to count 40 days (+ 2 for the mail). As long as you sent registered post, you then send

    1) If you haven't received list of charges - your data breach lbaautolinker.com autolinking image letter
    OR
    2) If you've received list of charges - tot up charges using the spreadsheet on this site and send itas a Schedule of Charges enclosed in a Preliminary Letter (the one asking for £xx amount back).

    Send everything Registered Post.
