No we haven't Citi are very awkward but not impossible - we have plenty of wins against as Gary says ask for full disclosure.
Citi employees do use the site but certainly not to help us.

hi there,

how do i get to the point where i ask for full disclosure on citibank.

they have chosen to ignore my S.A.R - (Subject access request)

but they did in fact cash my cheque of £10 for S.A.R - (Subject access request) request, which is now sitting in my unused account - instead of using it to process my request.

what do i do now ?

any advice would be gratefully appreciated.

What do you mean? There are some where disclosure has been ordered and Citi defaulted.
