    Default Woolwich barclays merger

    My mum has asked me to help her claim back her charges from her woolwich account, this has now been merged into Barclaysautolinker.com autolinking image where do i send the letter to get her past 5 years of bank statements woolwich or barclays ??? Also would we have to use her old woolwich account numbers or her new barclays ones. Any help would be appreciated.
