natwest -won
Hi I have just received a cheque from
Natwest in full settlement £1219.88. However I need some advice about the content of their letter. They want 'no admision of lability and subject to my agreement not to court publicity or disclose or refer to any third party, the background to the magtter and to keep the settlemetn strictly private and confidential. Any charges that are properly accrued etc etc. Can anyone advise me to reply to this. I am going to accept the settlement. Thanks
