    Well kind of! I only had to send two letter and then they wrote to me and said that although they didn't agree that they had done anything wrong, as a "goodwill gesture" they would refund all that I had asked for. It's only £388 but hey, it's better than nothing!!

    Thanks for everyone's help on the forum! I'll still be reading up as I'm helping two people with their claims against Lloydsautolinker.com autolinking image for a lot more money!
