Ali24 Vs NatWest - WON!!!
Well kind of! I only had to send two letter and then they wrote to me and said that although they didn't agree that they had done anything wrong, as a "goodwill gesture" they would refund all that I had asked for. It's only £388 but hey, it's better than nothing!!
Thanks for everyone's help on the forum!
I'll still be reading up as I'm helping two people with their claims against Lloyds for a lot more money!
