Usful Information On credit file

HI.

I Dont no how many of you know this. But an example on the way the banks operate the contract between credit ref agency's and themselves are as follows.

The bank generates a summaray of the account and then passes the information to the credit refrence agency. There is no checks at all on the credit refrence agency. Apart from the naked eye which dose not do very much at all apart from transfer the info to there database.

you can do two things
raise a complaint with the CRA
thats a waste of time believe me

best option is to contact the original creditor with your complaint to remove/rectify the incorrect data

thanks for that. have tried that but no luck. not the court thing, have no money to take them to court and cant afford a solicitor anyway.
