Enforceable loan agreement?
Does this look enforceable to my learned friends?

Re: Enforceable loan agreement?
I've actually paid the account off. I'm just looking to get the default removed from my CRFs.
I've just noticed in the data protection statement it says
"Details about you and the conduct of your cahoot account may be passed tocredit reference agencies and these details will be used by other lenders and all others authorised to search the credit reference agencies' files, for purposes such as credit assessment of you and members of your household"
Doesn't affect me, but surely I have to consent to my data being used when someone in my household applies for credit? This is surely a breach of the DPA.

Re: Enforceable loan agreement?
An update:
SAR cahoot in November 2009. Still no response as of today's date, despite a reminder. Have also contacted
Santander complaints as they seem to be a bit more speedy at dealing, and awaiting their response. The default dropped off in december 2009, but I want blood and will be reclaiming every charge...

Re: Enforceable loan agreement?
i think we can infer that from what they say. why else mention other householders unless they are taken into account when applying for credit?
