Lets sort out the Ombudsman campaign-its not good enough
My one and only dealing with the Ombusman will be my last.
Sent aPPI complaint against Black Horse Finance Nov 07
In July 08 an adjudicator deemed in my favour but Black Horse simply disagreed. This meant that theOmbudsman himself had to decide. Even though his adjudictor already deemed in our favour!
The decision didnt come until February 09 and only then because I continually complained about the service and told them I was in financialhardship .
So, 5 weeks after the decision was given in my favour, I still have no PPI back from Black Horse. Haven't heard from them at all and I believe they have totally ignored theOmbudsman decision.
In his letter to them he told them to sort it out "without delay", which made me laugh out load at the time because I knew they would ignore that.
Also, you would think after all this time, the Ombubsman would have told them exactly what they had to pay back in monatery terms, you know, £2000 etc compring of 10 PPI payments of £160 +interest = £2000, that sort of thing, but NO, he basically told them to make it up as they see fit. ie-calculate what you think you owe the customer using my decision as your guide!
Simply dreaful service from an under resouced, under funded service.
Where do I sign the petition to sort it out?

Surely I shouldn't have to do that.
Thats what I'm saying!
The Ombudsmans decision should be forced upon the bank.
He stated "without delay" and its already been 5 weeks.
That shouldn't be allowed.
