Campaign to cancel DCA's licenses

I would like to start a campaign to force creditors to have to supply a copy of the original signed credit agreement along with a statement of an account to all debtors prior to being able to put their account into default.

Debtors who cannot settle their debts should be made aware of their rights in this matter under the term of the CCA. This would save an enormous amout of real misery for a lot of people, who obviously are already having problems, as they are unable to repay their debts.
