M & S refusal
OH has received the following from M & S after her second letter requesting refund of
PPI premium. (basis of claim is she was self-employed at the time)

Are M & S correct in what they say regarding not being an authorised intermediary at the time of the sale?
Thanks

Send a copy of this letter and a complaint to the Financial

Please do not PM me for advice as it may be sometime before I can respond.
Keep at them. Do not give way and do not accept all they tell you, they will delay and stall for as long as they can to prevent repaying you your mis-sold PPI.
