    Can you help please.
I have found paperwork which i signed on a motorway services to get a Amexautolinker.com autolinking image card. In the section for PPIautolinker.com autolinking image i have not signed anything.
I have looked through my last 5 yrs statements and have found i have been paying ppi.
    1. Can i claim?
    2. Do i ring amex or write or both?
    3. If i write can anyone help me with a template letter as the ones i have seen so far are very confusing to adapt

First thing you need to do is read up and get the information so you are prepared to start your claim.

I would suggest you can claim.
Better to write and keep everything in writing (send all mail at least first class recorded to be signed for and follow the Royal Mail tracking system)

Have a look in the stickies or other threads ( My thread has a stack of letters which you can copy, paste, edit and adjust to your own needs)

    research, prepare and then action.

    PPI Successes
PPI 4 settlements on 9 loans. FOS involvement on 7 added on the 8 % Statutory interest another 30% to both.
2 claims settled in full with LV without FOS involvement.
2 claims settled in full with HSBC without FOS involvement

LTSB still have to decide on this as their SAR production was abysmal. Papers data mixed up documents missing etc

Please do not PM me for advice as it may be sometime before I can respond.

Keep at them. Do not give way and do not accept all they tell you, they will delay and stall for as long as they can to prevent repaying you your mis-sold PPI.
