How do I take HSBC to the courts regarding my bank charges cliam??
Good morning all,
I have been attempting to get my bank charges back for a while now and I have sent them theletter before action and the time has now come to act on what I proposed in my LBA. What do I do next? I know it will be stayed until the outcome of the test case but I just need to know what I have to do etc in relation to registering my claim with the courts.
Thanks for your help becuase I haven't got a clue where to begin.

Hi Zorro , welcome back

Ideally , if you can pop into your local Court and pick up a form N1 - that's all you need for the moment .
It's better to do it this way than on-line because there's lot's more room for your Particulars of Claim (POCs) , they're really stingy on line and you have to try to work out what to leave out without jeopardising your case .
There's advice on this link in how to fill it in:

btw, don't forget to add your court fees to the spreadsheet before you submit your claim .
Come back if you need more help .......

You can download the N1 form from that link too Johnny and a printer thingy that allows you to save a copy of your completed form in Adobe (PDF) format

Hi allam, welcome to the forum

Could I ask you to please open your own thread on this one - it will mean you get advice specific to your case and not conflicting advice meant for someone else ...
If you go to the top or bottom left of theHSBC main grid, you'll see a 'NEW THREAD' button........ just press that and carry on - you can copy and paste your query from here .....
Better still try this link :

Thanks for that - I'll look forward to seeing your thread shortly .....
