Stolen Effects Via Repossession

Folllowing eviction/repossession, Bank personnel and Solicitors failed to exercise duty of care in respect of personal effects found in and around property.

Estate agency personnel, removal firm personnel, like their associates within Bank and Solicitors' refuse to provide evidence of what happened to said effects.

It could be that this is a Nationwide problem insofar as the collective and consistent reluctance suggests a 'cosy arrangement' between the parties.

I would be interested to hear of any other similar instances.
