To Enforce the Law

This I set up last year,I have just noticed this campaign part here.

It is for a real cause, which something that happened to my wife, and we proved that the officer in charge had LIED, And he was given just a written warning, Also 6 Seniors Officers involved were given a talking to.



I only have until th 2nd of Jan for more Signatures

Police officer's of any rank from PC to the Chief Constable, If proven to be lying within any Investigation, should be prosecuted for perverting the course of justice, the same as the public would be, not just have thier own disciplinary procedure, were as they receive a written warning. I understand that they can be taken to a court for Misfeasance in public office, but the working class public cannot afford to do this and legal aid is very rarely available for it because of the cost, So can we make the Law enforceable against officer's that have been proven to Lie, whether it be to CPS senior officer's or within the case itself, or grant them Legal Aid to take to Court for Misfeasance of public office.
