from someone who is a complete dunce what is the mercantile court?, my case has been transfered to my local
county court is this the same as the mercantile court?

Short answer: No.
Cases at a Mercantile Court relate to commercial or business matters, and are typically used to hear 'test cases'.

no - thats what the court hearing is for (which you wont get too)
so long as there nothing about embrassed or lack of particulars you're fine
